Camp Overview

The 4 Day Goalie Camp is designed for female goalies ages 10–18 looking to improve their skills, confidence, and overall performance. Each day includes 2 hours of on-ice training and 1 hour of off-ice development in a structured, supportive environment.


Our experienced coaching staff creates an atmosphere where goalies can focus on fundamental techniques, build mental toughness, and develop the habits that lead to success at every level.

The camp includes 8 on-ice training sessions, off-ice development (VR training, mobility work, hand-eye drills), mindset and confidence training, and instruction from an all-female coaching staff led by Concordia goalies.

Each day runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and includes two ice sessions (9:00–10:00 AM and 12:15–1:00 PM), off-ice training (10:30–11:30 AM), and a break (11:30–11:50 AM).

The camp takes place at Moorhead Sports Center in Moorhead, Minnesota.

What should players bring?

Goalies should bring their full goalie equipment for on-ice sessions, athletic wear for off-ice training, water bottle, snacks, and a positive attitude ready to learn and improve.
